WALT: Cyclone Bola struck the Hawke's Bay and the Gisborne / East Cape region on the East Coast of the North Island on 7 March 1988. It was one of the most damaging cyclones to hit New Zealand. The cyclone slowed as it moved over the area, resulting in over three days of torrential rain.

 Some of the beautiful sea life in the rock pools. The proper name for this type of starfish is Coscinasterias calamaria. Have you ever touched one of these ?

Stunning Octopus

Well what can I say, I definitely have`t been having a boring quarantine .Every day me and my mum and my dad walk down to the beach and go to the rock pool`s. On the first couple of days   I was  finding Cushions  stars and crabs. After four  days or so my Dad said he saw a Octopus  so I put my rubbish picker uppers in the rock pool and got him out.  Well he shot out of the water and this happened.

Dream house.

At school we learning about area and perimeter am. So  then we drawed a our own houses and had to find out the area and perimeter .

Sea adventures

Well what can I say, I definitely have not been having a boring quarantine. Every day
when its low tide we go to the rock pools by my house. We have been observing  all the sea life such as starfish, crabs and this amazing octopus.
